Online TEFL Accreditation
We specialize in online TEFL course accreditation. This keeps us specialized and efficient. Our prices will be lower while we amass new clients: contracts will continue at their initial fixed price. Our standards keep our affiliated TEFL course providers and their courses to a high standard, but they also ensure that we are likewise kept to the acme of professionalism.
Certificate Design
Another service we offer our accreditation clients is certificate design. For new TEFL course providers, the design of certificates may be an overlooked component, but this (aside from the provider or company's name) is the first lens that schools have to judge the credibility of the TEFL training institute: clean, beautiful, professional certificates are essential for your image.
Certificate Mailing
We also offer a separate service attached to our accreditation of online TEFL courses - we offer a print, emboss, and send service of certificates on 300gsm card, delivered worldwide via UPS or FedEx. Our certificates are beautifully printed and come with postal insurance. Customers can be directed to our site's secure payment link or you can pay on your customer's behalf.

International TEFL Online Course Accreditation
Unlike most other TEFL course accreditors, you'll notice that we are transparent in who we are, what you pay, and how we accredit TEFL courses.
Services
We offer a variety of services for TEFL course providers: accreditation of the provider and their courses, as well as TEFL certificate design and mailing of certificates (whether designed by us or using a shared design that we edit for individual students who have gained certification). Our course provider accreditation is available for free, but you still need to satisfy a number of conditions (as set forth in our accredited provider documentation). Course accreditation is a fully paid service, though discounts are available for multiple courses.
Our Process
Our process starts with your first contact, we look at your website and details, then we contact you to let you know if you fit our criteria for accreditation. Once half of the fee is paid, we access your materials and check if you meet our benchmarks. Accreditation is a process, but we aim to complete our full course audit within a week to ensure that you can start offering your accredited TEFL courses to students without unnecessary disruption. You receive logos, accredited member number, and a welcome packet upon successful accreditation.
Who We Are
A British-trained and qualified teacher, our director has taught internationally for 20 years in numerous countries, and in schools ranging from public schools to bilingual and international schools. In this time, he ran a number of comapnies including an online TEFL course provider. Having undergone the accreditation processs and experienced its limited access (based on expenes) and questionable standardisation, he decided to partner with other professional teachers to provide a more affordable yet superior service.
OUR STANDARDs
We accredit only online TEFL courses. However, we also provide certification services, printing high-quality TEFL certificates with a gold foil embossed seal. Our certificates are produced from 300gsm card and we can even assist you with the design process.
Communicable
Unlike fake accreditors, we actually want to hear from new course providers, and we are happy to point any TEFL students in the right direction of which courses we accredit and any accreditation-related inquiries.

Fixed standards
Without rigid standards applicable to all without exception, accreditation isn't really what it purports to be. We ensure that all courses we accredit meet our strict, objective, and measurable standards.
Single joining fee from £199
You pay a single first-year accreditation fee for the full accreditation process. No hidden extras and little lag time.
Annual fee from £99
After the first year has passed, you pay an annual, fixed fee (clearly stated on your pre-accreditation documentation - transparency is our goal.
5-year cycle fee from £299
At the start of your sixth year, the industry standard is that you are thoroughly vetted once more, resulting in a slightly higher fee.
